• "Event Organizer" refers to any individual, group, or entity hosting an event listed on beSportly.

3. Registration

• Users must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

• Users under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to register for an event on beSportly.

• Registration closes once the maximum number of participants is reached or by the specified deadline.

4. Payment

• Users agree to pay the specified fee for registration on beSportly.

• All payments are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by an Event Organizer.

• Payments are processed securely through beSportly's chosen payment gateway.

5. Participation

• Users must adhere to the rules and guidelines set by the Event Organizer.

• Any form of cheating, unsportsmanlike conduct, or violation of the rules may result in disqualification without a refund.

• Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment and meet any requirements set by the Event Organizer.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• If an event is cancelled by an Event Organizer, users will receive a full refund.

• Users who wish to withdraw from an event must do so before the specified deadline to be eligible for a refund, if applicable.

• Specific refund availabilities are determined by our app's merchants and algorithms, and are subject to change.

7. Liability and Indemnification

• beSportly is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation in any event.

• Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless beSportly, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims arising out of their participation in an event.

8. Privacy

• Personal information provided during registration will be used solely for the purpose of event organization and will not be shared with third parties without user consent.

• beSportly employs robust security measures to protect user data.

9. Disputes

• Any disputes between users and Event Organizers should be resolved amicably.

• beSportly reserves the right to mediate disputes but is not obligated to do so.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• beSportly reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.

• Continued use of the app after changes are made signifies acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.

11. Termination

• beSportly reserves the right to terminate a user's access to its features for violations of these terms and conditions.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
